Apology Letter

We want to extend sincere apologies for the poor user experience that you had with the wrong APY display on the front-end of our website.

When our tech team doing the daily check of everything online, they found the APY of HELMET-BNB pool was not conform to the smart contract rules (which is extremely high but not showed correspondingly on front-end of website). So they took it emergency and correct it without informing customer service team. Message legging of remote working module and different time zones worsen the situation, causing some negative effect in the market. About emergency handling, we made it unprofessional. For that, we are extremely sorry.

Going forward, we are going to take steps to ensure that this situation does not happen again. For starters, We have investigated the error and put a control check. Secondly, we have set an effective remote working system to make sure every team member could communicate with each other at anytime.
